Eurer Kreativität sind also keine Grenzen gesetzt!

Politics without borders?

What is there really on the internet, outside of Facebook, Youtube, Google and others? What is this Web 2.0, the so-called new media, and social media, all which evereybody is talking? And what is it all good for, or maybe not? How can the internet beo of good use for me – personally or for my political concerns?

We want to discuss this for one weekend – for example, how the Internet can bring together people with similar interests to exchange, disseminate information and filter how one can be creative, and much more.
We will introduce you to a variety of digital tools, then you have the opportunity to try them out yourself. That could mean to write online texts to tell in simple stories, to create a photo story for the web, or even make a small online campaign on an issue that burns you under the nails. In addition, we will work together to set up a blog where we can post our results.
The practical work is the focus. Your creativity therefore don`t have limits! In addition, you hav lots of time to discuss and get inspiration for your own (political) life.

This workshop is organized in cooperation with the refugee organization “Jugendliche ohne Grenzen” (JOG). Activists from JOG will report about their political engagement and organization.
The workshop is aimed at young immigrants – regardless of residence permit status – and german youth.
